A depositor's financial information on record with his bank and his employment records are both accorded legal confidentiality by federal and state statutes. Other than the information available to a credit rating service, I would be interested in knowing how they "capture"  the remaining information and the sources from which the information is "captured".

Possibly referring these advertisements to federal and state law enforcement authorities for investigation might be in order.
