The reason is your'e dumb at setting your recording fees tooo...LOW.

Set a recordinging fee high enough  to begin with, then "condition"
a lower recording fee on it being for a search you did for that mtg..

That way Wayne and the others will "give you the whole package"
or else pay a higher recording fee, or make the newbies do the
recordings also.
