I agree with Mr. Franco that the E&O premium does depend on a number of factors and also to get quotes from different companies. I would also try TitlePac (www.titlepac.com). I have been with them a number of years with excellent service. I know my premium may not always be the cheapest, but I prefer to pay some extra due to their knowledge of the title industry and quick service and quotes.
