I charge a commercial rate to complete a search on a cell tower.  They are really a pain to search.  You not only have to search the title to the property, usually back 60 years, but you have to search each lease from each cell company across the board.  I do try to avoid these searches.  It is not worth the time involved.  Have a nice day.
