Actually, Alix, they ARE in deadbeat status.  We stopped doing work for them when we started receiving checks dated two months in the past.  When we inquired, they advised that they cut the checks on time, but couldn't send them out until the funds were available.  That's not simply disorganization, it's insolvency.
