I would surely contact INS and have them swoop in and take care of this problem. Being illegal in this country is bad enough, but like you stated, they are trying to obtain money and help that we as AMERICANS can't even get. It's a shame that both side of the isle can't agree on this. The political correctness in this country is driving us to ruin!!!
