Home Connects Title and Closing Department will be closing up for the most part December 17th.  they will still have their Appraisal Dept., Flood & Tax Search deprtments.  The Accounting Department will still be there & they will be paying the bills.  Searchers that have done work for them, may receive, updated, documents to file etc., but no new search work. 

I have worked with Home Connects since their beginning & have never had a problem getting paid.  I have to believe that I won't have a problem collecting what is now owed.  But one can never know.  It would be good to keep an eye on your receivables.
