There are a few that have been doing this for years (most not even driving range of courthouses)...cutthroats is what I call them....I've lost a little work....but, most have come back needing good work done and is willing to pay my prices.......the ones that haven't.......well they were a pain in the hiney to begin with and always wanting more for less. There are few I've seen on this site that are guilty of this.....and claim not to be. Watch ur backs.
