They sent me a search today.  I called and asked them to reassign it as I had an invoice from March that was unpaid.  They asked me to send them my invoice.  Told them I had been sending them a statement for 7 months and I wouldn't do any more work unless paid in full and in advance.  In an unpleasant voice she said they would reassign.  Thank goodness that is the one and only search I've ever done for them.
