One of my attorney's told me and I quote." It is not slander if it is true." Besides, if one company can make a negative comment then on the list another should be able to make a positive one. Anyone can make it a fair game. If you have to comment then you should have to at least give the company a chance to respond on the site too. Now you tell me, at this rate a one time case of mistaken id would go unnoticed, but multiple complaint's about the same name from multiple companies, would be the company to avoid.
