I completely agree and believe that it is time for abstractors to raise prices throughout the country in an effort to keep the art of abstracting out of the hands of Indians who have never stept foot in a US Courthouse much less has the ability to abstract well.

While for years abstractors cut their prices in an effort to "beat" their competition it is the clients who are truly want to put us out of business.
Without a coordinated effort abstracting may go the way of US customer service...completely offshore and completely dismal.
