Ridiculous…absolutely bump up fee…to a full search..maybe even more!! We all need to stick together on this. If they find someone willing to do this for less..and someone willing to take the hit on their e &o, then so be it.. I wish there was a way for us all to remain independent but agree on standards as far as what a current owner fee includes.
