I am not in SC but we use Qualia for one attorney. Once you get used to it, its not that bad. Just make sure you upcharge everything! My attorney has agreed to pay all the extra fees and I charge accordingly. I also extended out my TAT since there is a little more typing. It really helps out my client on his end and keeps him happy. At first it was very frustrating, but after I got used to it, it is ok. I do like that you get paid every two weeks by Qualia vs waiting on closing from the attorney.
