    Hi, Kevin:  I agree with you.  The pressure on lower prices in my mind ought to be turned around and pointed at the real estate community.  I have no problem with a real estate commission because I do know they work very hard for that money.  I sold real estate in my youth.  I get riled up, though, when I see an extra $150 or $250 added on both the buyer and seller side of a HUD for "adminstrative fees"  This kills me.  For what?
