They like to barter but if you give them their fees up front they do pay.  Also, they try to demand a quick turn around time..lol  They really don't stalk they have a procedure that as soon as they fax it they call with an ETA but I think this is also to verify that you did receive their fax.  Bottom line I have done work off and on from them in Lake and Porter county in Indiana and they pay.
