Your welcome, Mike. If you were dealing with a corporation or LLC...your claim is against the corporation or the LLC regardless of who bought it or its assets. Your main concern is that there are assets sufficient to cover your claim. In situations like this it is usually best to act quickly before assets are dissipated.
