I'm with you on this one, Scott. For the liabilty we are exposed to alone, $25 or $30 current owner searches is just not enough. My regular prices are quite a bit higher regardless of where the search is, like you said, to simplify things and I do give some discounts to some clients if I know they can provide volume work regardless if it's in my home county or a county 2 hours away.
