I did wotk for them on Louisiana & they have Auto check writing of  of $57.00 so after copies are covered Etc.( I did end up getting paid the Full Cost but its aggrivationg having to go back to Bills and reapply for banlance Due Etc.) , assitionally, they do not seem to understand that a Current owner forwaed if coming from Succession Etc. isn't Good Title & you need to go back to a HARD SALE. Imagine if you please how long it takes to run the Williams Family in New ORleans, LA (is Smith Jones Johnson), I  pull copies only for them as they do not want to pay my prices which are comprable to other abstractors with 15 years experience. ALSO forget the FAX it never seems to work I  email Work to them. Forget VOLUME DISCOUNT. I avoid Co's adking about that like the plague. When are Lenders Etc. going to get it through there head that you want a local abstractor who acually understands the Law in the State they opertate in
