???????????   If you pay for the appraisal, do you
                         get a copy, to give to the new bank?

I guess you feel you owe for the appraisal, but what does your
contract with BoA say????

I think after having had problems with them before,  you would
have learned to make them a "prior pay" client.

Just my 2 cents worth, but I don't feel sorry for slow
learners in this industry, who keep going  back for
more punishment.   Do you really need to use your
time to do their work, and not get paid for it.
Like someone said in the past,  "there's one
born every second", and many of them seem
to have become abstractors.
