You've GOT to be kidding.  I've been playing games with them for 2 years now.  They caught me up last year when one office closed without paying and have been behind (but paying with repeated prompting) ever since.  I've let them get into me only $265 this time around, and I'm guessing I won't see it.  Ugh!!!!  This has gotten ridiculous. 

I just went through a personal refi that didn't close (the LO was totally misleading, BofA was being crazy, etc...).  So I pulled the plug on it.  I was going through a client and had a partner do the title search, etc, so it was going to be at a slight discount.  I'm going with another lender now, but still owe for the appraisal, which I've assured the lender I will pay for.  He has now been hounding me almost daily for 3 weeks.  Would sure be nice if anyone was willing to hound on OUR behalf for our title work when a loan doesn't close.

(Sorry, I got WAY off topic here, but this rampant non-payment from companies topped with requests for dramatic fee decreases (since there is always someone willing to undercut you by 50% right now) is making me insane.  I'm just totally depressed about it all.
