FANTASTIC post. I've been thinking over the last week (just started with a new company) that I could really use something of a "primer on title work and operations" piece for the owners. They're more silent partners, and none are 100% deeply into the title end of things... which is where I come in. I'll be handing this one out at the next meeting.
