we are going through a similiar situation with a local title company.  They did an asset sale with the company therefore we are going after the owners of the old company.

We had done work for Parkway Title and one of our employees had actually worked for them at one time.  Glad he is no longer in business due to the way he treated his employees and contracted abstractors.  He was one rude person especially to women.  We actual had to put pressure on their underwriter to get paid a couple of years ago.
