Great idea except------

Isn't there a "takings clause" about our property rights??
Does not our body belong to ourselves (or in this situation,
our relatives that survive)????
Aside from that does everyone want to be know as
the one walking around with a rapists or killers part(s)
inside or attached to them????

I suppose it may be a case of "parts is parts" and
a surviving person may be thankful for any one that
keep them ticking.
