Hi, mason!

Funny you should mention this, I just had a situation today where I discovered that I overlooked a $3,411.26 judgment on a title. I caught it when I was doing the bringdown prior to recording. As it turned out, it wasn't against our property (my guy was a Sr. and the judgment was against Jr.), but I sure do sleep better at night knowing that I have that "safety net" in place. Mine is through State Farm Specialty Products and runs me a little under $1,850.00 per year. If you ask me, it's money well spent.
