Every so often someone posts something in the forums, or in a company review that generates phone calls to Source of Title threatening to sue for libel.  Generally, they don't threaten to sue us, but the person who posted the comments.  And, that is what happened today.

I recognize the need to share experiences, both positive and negative, as a means of helping others in the Source of Title community.  However, you must think carefully about what you choose to post.  I really don't want to see any of our users find themselves in a nasty legal battle over the content of their posts.
