Tell any cracker (the sue-happy mongrels) that threatens to sue that if they ran their business a little more professionally, with some ethics, maybe they would receive nothing but glowing comments.

Tell them to look in the mirror every once in a while and quit blaming the victims for their troubles.

I'm guessing most abstractors aren't pushed to write on SOT until all their efforts to interact with character are repeatedly rebuffed.

By the way, just for the record, I didn't write the comments that elicited the threats to sue.
