You are correct about there lack of loyalty!  I conduct work in 50+ counties and they try to chose which counties they want me to do and then scolled me for having the product back late, which is usally due to the counties lack of resources.  I think they have us active for 3-4 counties, the most rural of course and expect better than a 24 hour turnaround time.  They will also ask you to lower your fee and if you don't they will find someone for dirt cheap to do the work.  I have asked them about E&O insurance requirements, they have none.   They don't even care if the person pulling docs has had any title insurance experience, title examining experience or has ever conducted searches!
