Hi Ron,

Evidently, I received the same call you did from this company.  Supposedly this company is getting licensed to do Iowa properties.  The guy I spoke to was shocked at my title search fees.

 If you do a search on these forums, you will find some negative information about this company as far as them paying their abstractors.
