I have been doing work for First American for about 15 years now- ever since they moved their operations to Cleveland it has been nothing but confusion...once you fax an order to their 800 number, that's it...you can't fax it again, it won't register, they have an alternate "folders" number that you have to fax to, where an actual person will read it..Although I do get a check from them once a week, they are continually asking me to cut my prices, and often have to be re-billed for stuff they have "overlooked"..were it not for the volume, I have been tempted to cut them off on several occasions- and they have no loyalty whatsoever!
