They are such a pain to work for,  I think we are going to stop working for them.  We are doing all of there work, because you have to type all your info, including legal on their forms and it is never right.  I never have problems with any of our other clinets.
 We had stopped getting work from them because another company had under cut our prices (big time).  We had being doing their for years at our normal fee with no problems.  I called an asked why we wern't getting any orders an was told that they were getting them for $35.00 for a current owner search with a 4 hour turn around time.  I laughed and told them that was impossible not in KY.  He's said the going rate for a c/o search was $35.00. (Which it is not, because I have asked others about this).  The company that took our work made us mad so I under cut him, but I am ready to call them an tell them the other company can have the work.   It is not worth the money, you can't make anything even with any volume of work.
  Sorry to vent. They ordered a c/o search then cancelled it after I sent it to them and reorded it as a 2 owner search which is not really a 2 owner search it is a 11 year back after the current owner bought it, which most of the time is more than 11 years. They only want to pay for the second search not the first.  so it is 2 trips and another couple of hours not no m oney is made.  So after Monday, We are quiting this company.
