Susan:

Southeast Equity Title is a fictitious name filed with the Ohio secretary of state for a company called CMEA Title.  All of the business filing records are online with the Ohio Secretary of State.  It was incorporated in 1999 by an attorney by the name of Margaret Hayes.  If she is still the owner, I would suggest you contact her directly, or contact the Ohio bar.  I have posted links to the documents filed on behalf of the company with the secretary of state website below.  The secretary of state website is a good resource for all abstractors who have slow/no pays in Ohio.
