Actually, I'm kind of disappointed. I had sent him our price list, and he said to be in the market I'd have to cut my fee a little, which I did. An abstractor "aquaintenance" of mine whose office is several hours away, called me and asked if I could record something for him. I said OK, and lo and behold it was from Eclipse. How some of these abstractors can get away with doing everything online when all of the civil records are not available online, totally baffles me. Guess it goes back to quantity, not quality.
Since then, Eclipse has sent me a few recordings only. My question is, if we're good enough to record for them, why aren't we good enoiugh to give them the quality work our clients receive??
Sorry to vent.
