So many questions!  Yes, I carry E & O for my general title business.  No, nothing additional for Choicepoint.  The other questions really should go through them, because I don't know if their rates are consistent everywhere.  I'm given name, birthdate, and the last four digits of the social security number.  No "mistakes" so far, so I don't know what would happen if something was missed.  I see it as a service for people who have applied for a job somewhere.
