Jessica, thanks for having the courage to respond and sharing your opinion.

I do know I would never gouge a client, and I often discount quoted prices because the work proved to be not as difficult as anticipated but at the same time, companies who take on clients after we have an agreed-upon price and then add extra responsibilities for no increased pay are too much, as no other industries I know operate their business as such.
