I just wanted to respond to all the e-mails that have been written. This was my first time posting a help wanted add on Source of Title and I guess I did not realize the negative feed back it would generate. We are doing a very high volume of work for a new company, yet our fees we are paying have differed do to the fact that we are now only requesting current owner searches to be done. Our company has never had any dispute with any abstractors about being paid and we have always keep a high level of respect with our abstractors both ways. I really hate to see that posting an add has generated concerns about our company, but I hope that anyone who feels concerns can discuss them with me and see if we can work something out to make them feel comfortable. These orders are a great oppurtunity for someone to make substantial income and we hope to work with people that realize the oppurtunity.
