As for CMS, I would suggest that you contact help@absprop1.com I asked Rob if he owned CMS and he said that he did not but he gave me the owners name, which i did not write down, as I had no dealings with CMS. But perhaps Rob can help you with finding a contact number or email or street address for CMS, I know that many abstractors would love to obtain this information about CMS. I have one friend who tells me CMS owes her $5000. Robs intentions seem honorable and he reads this board so perhaps he could help you with CMS. Also there are others working behind the scenes on the CMS matter.
