Thanks Kevin! I LOVE rack of lamb - usually do that or leg of lamb for Easter. You know, if you rub the lamb with balsamic vinegar with infused garlic, it gives the lamb a wonderful flavor. You can then use the excess balsamic vinegar, with the dripping from the roast (with a large tablesppon of mint jelly) to make a wonderful gravy!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well. We will be having a housefull! This will be our first Thanksgiving (my new husband and I) will both families at our house. (I just got married last October). Considering how much he enjoyed having everyone here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day last year and East this year - I am sure he will have a great time! It has been a learning experience though marrying a Scandanavian when I am Italian and German. It was a VERY interesting Christmas Eve last year with the eclectic variety of food trying to incorporate all 3 ethnicities together.
