Yes, I do their work in Columbia & Greene Counties in NY and have had no problems so far.  I've worked with them for over 1 yr.

Now, has anyone had any problems getting paid from a company called Searchlight Abstract out of Syracuse, NY?  I have and I don't know what the problem is as they are not communicating with me after numerous phone calls (leaving messages) and emails.  I'd hate to go the attorney route, but it seems I may have to.  Anyone else going through this?  Maybe they went out ov business?
