You are welcome for dinner at my house anytime. As I mentioned earlier the meal is not the traditional turkey dinner. I would rather watch them live. I have a flock of wild turkeys that wander out of the woods into the backyard about once or twice a week. They like to tease my akita. They know he can not get out of his enclosure so they stay just out of his reach, but seem to delight in teasing him.
As I mentioned above... I have to please a number of ethnic taste buds...so I usually do a roast of some sort (beef, pork or lamb) with the usual accoutrements and a large pan of either lasagna or eggplant parm. My wife usually does the vegetables and pies.
