Is ABC Title out of Michigan? We have a company here who owes many abstractors. A few have turned them over to collections. I received a fax yesterday to which I promptly replied to with my unpaid invoices. Their response was a letter with pay dates advising me to remove these searches and resubmit. I never received these supposed checks. Ask for check numbers or even better cancelled checks. I have yet to hear back from them. And yes they are now operating under another name. NICE!
