In most states, you can file a Theft of Services Complaint against them.  Once filed, the police actually show up at their office.

So, at least try collecting your outstanding invoices before you tell them you are not going to accept files from them.   And, should also talk to someone there about making payment arrangements.

They are one of the largest service providers for us here in NJ for one-stop title searches. 

Sorry to hear they are not paying their searchers.  Those of us ordering their products rely on good searchers and quality of product.
