All I can say is I get emails all the time from off shore "title" providers. 

 In my state, we have to be licensed to effect title.  Most of these companies are providing online searches only for their work.  They don't know the "lay of the land" in each state.  I would never trust the work of someone who was not properly trained in my state and knows all levels of searches, etc.

None of my clients uses off shore searches/abstractors.  Too much liability for errors and omissions.
