You probably need to sign up as a Freelance provider.  I was looking at what they are paying for searches and if you were providing ALL the searches, you end up barely making any $ since they want all liens, state, county, lien etc.  Every state is different  But our fees in NJ is $12 per name for our superior courts, $45 for tax search, $35 for tidelands,etc all from 3rd parties.   Right there is the $100 they were offering for all those - doesn't even include the County abstract  LOL
