I have talked to the owner and received various emails from him.  He says he wants to pay as soon as they have the money.  They are currently outsourcing to India.
FIrst Title & Escrow is Settlment part of the Law firm and Abstracts USA is the abstract arm of the Settlement company.
They used to be a GREAT client, but well, they haven't paid a bill since March.
