Thanks Kevin. I have tried independent contractor contracts before but for some reason it is like pulling teeth to get anyone to fill it out and send it back to me. This has worked great. Maybe because it is less to read, less threatning... don't know. I decided it was just better to have something with a signiture. I appreciate you input.

I did forget to mention that I renew the contact information every year.
