This very thing happened to us a number of years ago. I explained that, as a business with a 24 hour turn-time, I couldn't be held accountable for their error. When work is faxed over, it's immediately taken off of the fax and the process starts.. we were not checking to confirm that this was actually our work or not. I pointed out that maybe THEY should pay more attention. I mean, how could you mismatch a company and their contact info?
In your case.. what error were you to notice?? Your fax number is on the Order. Why would you think it's not meant for you? After all, you do receive work from them. I'd give them a discount, maybe. Then pont out the high quality of the work and ask for more! <g>
