As you know, we certainly do have relationships with local abstractors in Philadelphia County. However, we don't use abstractors that abstract online, period. If we did choose that route, we would pay the $700 annual fee and abstract in Philadelphia County online ourselves. It would save money and help our bottom line but we would risk losing quality. This is why we asked for someone reputable on SOT that has online access to Philadelphia County records as none of our abstractors we send work to on a regular basis complete online searches.
