Where's the video about how all the RMs I've sold have been an answer to my client's prayers?  I'm still looking for it -- let me know if you find it.  I've heard of this scam for many years but I'm reading more and more articles that warn Seniors that if conversation about getting a Reverse Mortgage also involves conversation about investing,  throw the gal/guy out.  As a RM specialist, I'm approached weekly about "buddying up" with someone who sells somethng else. No Thank you!

Just like any mortgage transaction,  it's clear that clients need to read their docs and if they don't understand them, they should consult with a subject matter expert.  I feel terrible for anyone who's losing their home but for all the hundredes of loans I've closed as a signing agent,  I'd say 7 out of 10 have no clue what they're signing.  Sad but true!
