Hi, Rob:

My comment had nothing to do with the use of an on-line search, that's a discussion for another day or the fact that it was a holiday.  I'm glad you were able to assist a consumer in need and thank you for your kind comment about the blogs.  ;)

I found it interesting that a title agent is closing 20 to 30 transactions in a county and does not yet have a relationship with a professional local abstractor, that's all.  No big deal.  Hey, better late than never.
