Hey Scott,
that is the fun part about searching smaller counties. The recorders and the assessors know everything about everybody and can tell you when Uncle Fred got divorced and married his cousin Ethel and transfered the property to his best friend's cousin twice removed and once replaced and know the dates all this happened and what the weather was like that day.
